Looks like a great day! I just tried steel cut oats for the first time and they are super good. They take forever to cook though..do you cook them in advance and keep them in the fridge?
I cooked them on Sunday. It says 10-20 minutes, but I guess it depends on how much you make and what temperature you cook them on (I did low). It does take a while though. I just tried them for the first time this weekend. I saw another way of preparing them, overnight, in the fridge.. but I haven't tried that yet.
